No. Dirty refers to the content of the material, not the condition. You will get clean aluminum pricing as long as there is no metal, magnetic material, or plastic attached.

Brass is an alloy made of copper and zinc.
The proportions of copper and zinc can be varied to create a range of brasses with differing properties.

No; “dirty” doesn’t take into account the condition of the brass, it refers to the amount of other material is mixed into the brass and the amount of prep work necessary to ship it.
